We are happy to inform that we're planning a new litter in the spring of 2013!
The puppies' mum will be our Gabby Gayle Leo Ginger! Gabby is Polish Jr. Champion, Polish Champion, and most of all, a wonderful mother of the beautiful pups from her first, W litter- puppies of perfect Rhodesian type, fantastic temperaments and characters.
Gabby is a fun, family dog. She is susceptible to training and always willing to perform exercises, and follow her coach's commands.
What is more, she is a bitch of great type and excellent exterior (3rd show bitch of 2009 in the ranking of Polish Rhodesian Ridgeback Club).
For more information on Gabby, see the 'Our Dogs' bookmark.
Farmers Guardian African Akono will be the father of our next litter! Akono is a beautiful dog, an excellent specimen of the breed - the type of Rhodesian I adore most! He's very expressive, of excellent exterior, psyche, as well as temper.
Moreover, Akono has received numerous titles and awards - of Interchampion, Multi Champion, World Winner 2011. For those interested in more of Akono's achievements, see....
Akono's father is Ikimba Waitimu, a well-known International Champion, Multi Champion, and World Winner 2010. Ikimba Waitimu is also the father of the W litter.
Among Akono’s ancestors are numerous champions originating from the famous Australian, American and African kennels.
Akono's progeny, just like the progeny of Ikimba Waitimu, are Rhodesians of excellent type, health, anatomy. They are very elegant dogs, with many prizes and titles won on international show rings. For more information on Akono and his progeny, visit www.africanakono.de
The planned coupling is a result of my fascination and wonderful experiences with Rhodesians. Observing the pups from the W litter, their excellent type, temper, and anatomy, I have decided to stick to these dog's line, to preserve their outstanding qualities and features. That is why I chose Akono for the father of the planned litter.
I hope that coupling of Gabby and Akono, dogs of beautiful features, wonderful characters and great anatomies, will result with most beautiful and healthy little Rhodesians:-)
We expect the litter be even in terms of exterior, that is puppies with beautiful heads, strong bones, red wheaten color, deep chests and well angulated limbs.
Both Gabby Gayle and Akono had been tested for hip and elbow dysplasia, as well as osteochondrosis, and do not suffer from these conditions.
We are looking forward to Gabby's and Akono's meeting which is planned for February 2013. |
